The Center for Global Affairs (CGA), within NYU’s School of Continuing and Professional Studies, facilitates change by educating and inspiring our community to become global citizens capable of identifying and implementing solutions to pressing global challenges. Through rigorous graduate and nondegree programs and provocative public events, we prepare global citizens who will be at home—and thus be effective agents of change—in diverse environments around the world.

The George H. Heyman, Jr. Center for Philanthropy and fundraising provides an opportunity for current and aspiring fundraising professionals to hone their skills in New York City, one of the world’s most vibrant philanthropic communities. Through our graduate program and continuing education courses, students explore the fundamentals of fundraising, the psychology behind giving, legal and ethical issues, and more.
