Description

Studio Jewelers Ltd., also known as the Jewelry Learning Center located in the heart of Manhattan in New York City, is one of the only jewelry schools in the area, allowing aspiring jewelers or hobbyists to delve into the exciting world of the jewelry trade for an exciting career.

Courses are offered during the day or in the evening, six days a week, to accommodate working adults and students with busy schedules.

The academics available at Studio Jewelers include nearly 10 distinct programs, some of which include:

  • Comprehensive Jewelry Training (with options for a short-term or long-term education)
  • Basic Jewelry Making
  • Jewelry Repair
  • Diamond Setting
  • Wax Modeling, Casting and Molds
  • Pearl and Bead Stringing

Students will receive their education in the institution’s professional studio. Each student will have his or her own working area, with easy access to a variety of kilns, casting machines and other professional equipment.

To be considered for admissions at the studio, applicants must be at least 18 years old and present their high school diploma or GED. Students must apply to their program of study directly, as each program has different admissions requirements.

The studio is eligible to offer financial aid to qualifying students who have filed a FAFSA.
