Description

Located within short distance from Orlando’s most famous attractions like Sea World, Universal Studios and many other exciting cultural, dining and night life opportunities, the Universal Technical Institute in Orlando, Florida, is one of the only automotive technical schools in the state and has enjoyed a solid reputation of producing some of Florida’s highly skilled automotive technicians.

UTI maintains business partnerships with a wide variety of the industry’s top manufacturers, from Kawasaki to BMW to Nissan to Mercury Marine. Due to this, the institute receives its training equipment and vehicles from these manufacturers, allowing your education to prepare you for entry-level positions with your manufacturer of choice.

The academics available at the Orlando Institute include a 51-week Automotive Technology program. Your training will include working on a variety of topics in both domestic and foreign automobiles, from brakes to fuel systems to diagnostics.

After you complete the core program, you will have the opportunity to choose a manufacturer, with options from NASCAR to Volvo to Porsche, and continue your manufacturer-focused technical education.

New courses begin at UTI every six weeks, which allows students to apply at any time throughout the year without having to worry about extensive waitlist times. If you are interested in applying, please contact the Orlando Institute’s admissions department for enrollment instructions.

The Orlando Institute offers a variety of scholarships and federal tuition assistance programs to students who file a FAFSA and demonstrate need.
