Westwood College, a chain of higher education institutions geared toward students and working professionals seeking to further their education in business, design, technology, industrial service and healthcare fields. Westwood College was founded as the Denver Institute of Technology in 1953 in Denver, Colorado.
The college has since received national accreditation and become part of Alta Colleges, Inc., which also includes Westwood College Online, the school’s distance learning portal.
