Description

For over 25 years, Rock Hill in South Carolina has been home to all 118.5 acres of the beautiful York Technical College campus.

A world of subjects is available for York students. There are programs in business, computers, arts and sciences, health and human services, industrial and engineering technologies, and education, all of which provide around two years of well-rounded education culminating in an associate degree.

A bridge program helps students transfer to select universities, including Coastal Carolina University, College of Charleston, Lander University, University of South Carolina and Winthrop University.

The Academic Fresh Start program ensures that no student is stifled by their past academic mistakes, allowing for a completely new grade point average to help in applying for four year colleges.

Not only will the college advising center help you facilitate a transfer to a four-year college (if you want to), it also provides career assessment, helps with placement exams, and answers any questions about your education within the walls of York Technical College.

YTC’s financial aid options are many. The mini-grant program is available to support innovative and dedicated students to help complete their education or special projects. Over a dozen scholarships are open to York students. These and other options are available to students who qualify.
