Nearly half of all Morris graduates go on to graduate or professional schools. A rigorous curriculum, experienced faculty, hands-on advising, small class sizes, entrance exam preparation—as well as internship and research opportunities—provide a strong undergraduate foundation for achievement in post-baccalaureate programs. Morris graduates regularly report that not only do they successfully earn admission to competitive programs, they are also highly prepared for success in their chosen graduate programs and professional schools.

Located along the Pomme de Terre River on the west central Minnesota prairie, the city of Morris radiates small-town charm—parks, locally owned shops, hometown restaurants and coffee house, an arts cooperative, an idyllic main street, and only one traffic jam per day...on mainstreet, five o'clock, Monday through Friday. But don't worry. It only lasts about 15 minutes. While you wait (in your car or on your bike or on the sidewalk—everything is within biking and walking distance), you can decide how to spend your leisure time in Morris: shopping, fishing, biking, bird watching, cross country skiing, movies, hiking, bowling, disc golf, art and historical exhibits, swimming, dining out, garden viewing, theatre, hunting, musical entertainment, snowmobiling, working out, sipping coffee, camping...and the list goes on and on.
