With its location in the heart of California’s world renowned Napa Valley, The Culinary Institute of America at Greystone offers students an ideal environment for learning about food and wine. Our St. Helena, CA campus is situated just two hours north of the restaurant-centric city of San Francisco.

Our comprehensive, skills-focused degree programs give you more than 1,300 hours in our professional kitchens and bakeshops under the expert guidance of the award-winning CIA faculty. CIA at Greystone students learn by doing through a rotation in the Ivy Award-winning Wine Spectator Greystone Restaurant, as well as during an externship at one of more than 1,200 top foodservice establishments around the world.

More than 90% of CIA students receive financial aid in the form of scholarships, grants, loans, and Work-Study opportunities.
