If you’re an aspiring filmmaker and want to receive intensive hands-on training and instruction on how to write, shoot, direct, and edit your own character-driven horror, drama, or comedy film, then check out Palm Beach Film School in Hollywood, Florida.

All students have access to top-notch equipment and upscale facilities, including the latest HD cameras, lighting and sound gear, and Final Cut Pro for editing.

The curriculum is designed for students interested in film with little or no experience in filmmaking.

It focuses on screenwriting, directing, lighting, cinematography, sound, casting, shooting and editing, ensuring that students receive instruction in all facets of filmmaking. All instructors are either local independent filmmakers or industry professionals with specializations in aspects like writing, sound, lighting, and more.

Each completed film is also screened at a South Florida movie theatre. The facilities are also open to graduates for continued use for a nominal fee.

Class sizes are small. With no more than 8-12 students a class, you can be sure to receive individual attention.

Tuition includes program fees and usage of all equipment. The school partners with IBM Financial to offer financial aid and assistance for eligible students.
