Description
Center for Employment Training’s Rancho Temecula campus is a private, non-profit educational organization focused on providing vocational training to those in need. The school is committed to seeing its graduates gain the skills they require to get a good job and become self sufficient in society.
It is a flexible learning environment at CET, with courses year-round with no limitations such as set semester schedules or competency testing prior to admission. Students are encouraged to apply for financial aid to assist with tuition payments, and those who qualify are eligible to receive funding for their tuition from federal grants and loans.
The Temecula/Fallbrook center in southern California offers occupational training for professions such as the following: Accounting Clerk, Business Office Technology, and Medical Administrative Assistant.
The curriculum is modeled on what the workforce is like in reality, so students know what to expect when they graduate. They even have to punch in and out of class using time clocks.
The school is concerned with its students’ futures: it provides them with career placement assistance such as matching them up with potential employers that are part of the center’s industry partnership program. CET also has other valuable services available to its students who need it such as childcare and transportation.
