Description

Students who come from alternative or academically challenged environments are welcome to apply to Ozark Christian College, where they’ll receive an education in ministerial and other service-oriented professions.

Located in Joplin, Missouri, Ozark Christian College’s academics include Preaching, Ministry, Deaf Ministry, Music and Worship, Nursing and Education.

In addition to offering a standard bachelor’s degree, adult students may qualify for the two-year bachelor’s degree. There are also associate’s degree programs and a one-year certificate course.

Student life includes attendance at sermons held on campus and a variety of campus services, including personal and pastoral counseling and academic advising.

Students with traditional high school backgrounds are welcome to apply and must submit transcripts as well as ACT or SAT scores for evaluation by admissions. However, students who were home-schooled may also apply and will need to submit proof of a high school degree or a GED.

Extending itself to a range of students, Ozark Christian will also consider students with below average academic records, requiring only that they take a smaller class load.

Financial aid is available to assist qualifying individuals who would otherwise not be able to afford the Ozark tuition.
