Description

“Open entry” classes, flexible scheduling, unique four-year programs and guaranteed admission to certain four-year schools are some of the advantages to an education at Community College of Aurora (CCA).

Located in the city of Aurora, Colorado, Community College of Aurora offers associate degrees and certificates in such professions as Business, Early Childhood Education, Paralegal Studies, Emergency and Homeland Security and Web Design.

CCA’s programs leading to transfers include the liberal arts and sciences.

In addition, CCA offers programs in conjunction with such four-year universities as Regis University. One of these is a comprehensive film Training program that teaches everything from cinematography and directing to acting and writing for the screen. Another is a Nursing program offered in conjunction with University of Colorado.

CCA also guarantees admission to any four-year school in Colorado with completion of their transfer program.

Scheduling at CCA is extremely flexible; on-site classes are offered in the evenings and on weekends, as well as online.

Also, CCA offers many of its classes in an “open entry” format, meaning that new students are accepted every week throughout the year. Since classes are small the environment at CCA is highly personalized and supportive.

Student services at CCA, which include everything from career counseling to tutoring, also support students in their education.

Tuition at CCA is significantly reduced for in-state residents. Financial aid is also available to those who qualify. Contact Community College of Aurora for more information.
