Zane State College is a two-year, public technical college located in Zanesville, Ohio. It offers the Associate's degree in 25 technology programs and is accreditted by The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools.
Established on September 19, 1969 as the Muskingum Area Technical Institute, the campus later moved to a location shared with Ohio University-Zanesville, a regional campus of Ohio University. The school changed names to the Muskingum Area Technical College in 1972, and to the current name on June 14, 2004.
