OUR VISION
The Northwest HVAC/R Association and Training center promotes the value of learning classroom education and hands-on training by building knowledge, skills, and confidence, among students and staff. We strive to transition students to responsible and productive careers in HVAC/R with quality performance and accountability throughout the industry. We will be the leading entity providing training, knowledge, and legislation services throughout the Pacific Northwest in the areas of industry development and human resources for individuals and business in HVAC/R.
OUR MISSION
The Northwest HVAC/R Association & Training Center provides quality education and training, thus promoting the highest standards of workmanship and facilitating the enforcement of applicable codes and standards of the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry.
It shall be the purpose of this organization to provide well-rounded education and training to improve the quality of installation and service in the heating, ventilation and air conditioning industry, to gather and disseminate information and ideas on technical and current issues in the workplace, and to monitor and provide technical input into industry regulations and business activities.
