Lorain Business College was established in 1903 in downtown Lorain, Ohio. In 1980, it became accredited as a business school by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS). 1982 was the year when the Sandusky campus opened. Lorain Business College was renamed Ohio Business College in 1998 when it was purchased by the Tri-State Educational Systems, Inc.
Career training is offered through many programs, including Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Legal Assisting, Information Technology, and Medical Billing.
