At The Midwest College of Oriental Medicine in Racine, Wisconsin you will get training to perform acupuncture as it is practiced in its Eastern countries of origin.

One of the schools to establish the guidelines for Oriental Medicine practice in the United States over thirty years ago, The Midwest College offers master’s degrees in Oriental Medicine and Acupuncture and a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Science. Students may attend part-time or full-time.

The curriculum, which is the same one used in the East and taught at teaching hospitals and universities, combines classroom learning with clinical experience.

Faculty members at The Midwest College bring their multi-faceted perspectives to their teaching. In addition to having a background in acupuncture and oriental medicine, many are also trained in such fields as chiropractic medicine, nursing and health education.
