The International Academy of Design and Technology provides educational programs that are designed to prepare students for professional opportunities and career success in select design and technology fields. Through the guidance of the faculty, theoretical concepts as well as practical and creative applications are addressed in the curricula and reinforced by interaction with professionals in the various industries.
The International Academy of Design and Technology (IADT) is a for-profit private media arts college accredited by a national agency, the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools (ACICS).
All applicants must complete a personal interview with an admissions representative. At the time of application, the following must be completed:
International students who are applying to IADT must meet the same admission requirements as U.S. citizens and may be required to take the Test of English as Foreign Language or demonstrate English proficiency.

IADT does not have regional accreditation thus many regionally accredited schools are reluctant to accept their credits in transfer or recognize their degrees for entry into graduate programs.The School itself claims that it is up to the accepting institution to make the final decision on the transferability of credits. Locations throughout the United States and Canada offer associate's degree and bachelor's degree courses in game design, merchandising, advertising & design, fashion design & marketing, interior design, digital photography, digital production, digital movie production, and computer animation.

I want to know if International Academy of Design & Technology of Tampa is a private college, because i need to know to be able to apply for scholarships. I looked everywhere but i cant find it. Also if you guys can give some pointers about the college.

Yes, all international schools are private. You can also tell because it's accredited by the Accrediting Council for Independent Colleges and Schools instead of by the State.
Financial Aid: IADT offers tuition planning to each student to determine the best financial aid package. Financial aid is available to students who qualify.
