Greater Altoona Career and Technology Center (GACTC) in Altoona, Pennsylvania, provides integrated professional and academic programs for adults and high school students as well as special programs for those facing economic challenges.
Areas of study available at GACTC include:

Federal financial aid programs for the general student population are available as well. Factors in determining eligibility include financial need and citizenship. To receive aid students must also be enrolled full-time and must not be in default on a previous student loan.
Upon filling out a FAFSA, the Department of Education and GATC financial aid counselors will determine each student’s eligibility and whether or not they qualify for Pell grants, SEOG grants, loans or some combination of these.
