UTHSCA Description
As one of six health institutions in the University of Texas health system, the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio provides academics in several areas of the medical field. The school is also a world-class research center, renowned for its breakthrough work in oncology.
UTHSCSA offers certificate and degree programs through the following schools:

*Graduate School of Biomedical Sciences
*School of Health Professions
*School of Medicine
*School of Nursing
The Dental School is particularly highly regarded, and includes DDS, DDS/PhD and various advanced certificate programs. The school also features a DDS program designed specifically for internationally trained dentists.
