Description
Named after the distinguished psychologist Alfred Adler, the Adler School has provided academics in clinical psychology and counseling since 1952. Like Dr. Adler, the school sees psychology as a tool to improve the local and global community.
The school offers a variety of certificate, master’s degree and doctoral programs. In addition to traditional concentrations like Counseling Psychology and Clinical Psychology, the Adler School features more unusual programs like Art Therapy, Sport and Health Psychology and Police Psychology.
The Adler School of Professional Psychology currently has three campuses in Chicago, Vancouver and online. More than 15 degree programs are available among these three locations.
To apply to the Adler School, you must have completed a bachelor’s degree. Additional requirements vary based on the program and campus of your choice. The school uses rolling admissions, so it’s recommended that you apply early.
Financial aid options also vary based on the location you apply to. The Chicago and online campuses provide the most opportunities, with federal aid programs and several institutional scholarships for eligible students. The Vancouver campus offers the Canadian Student Loan and British Columbia Student Loan.
