Description
A relatively new school, the Oklahoma Health Academy aims to certify its students in a number of health fields ranging from medical occupations to massage therapy.
OHA’s Tulsa campus features three programs of study to choose from: Medical Assistant and Phlebotomy, Dental Assistant, and Massage Therapy. Students who attend the Moore campus may also choose from Medical Office Administrative Specialist and Cosmetology.
OHA is as much interested in providing hands-on experience as it is in providing strong academics. Massage Therapy students will learn different styles and techniques, and those in the Medical Assistant program will also learn administrative skills.
Admissions are open, and students must have graduated high school or earned a GED. If you have those qualifications, you may apply to any of the three programs on the Tulsa campus.
