Though many private schools are insular in their educational opportunities, the University of Evansville strives for academic diversity on a global scale. The school is known for its study abroad opportunities, and student life at Evansville might be spent in Italy, New Zealand, France, Russia or Israel, to name a few.
College life on campus is no less diverse, with just under 3,000 students from throughout the US and more than 40 countries around the world. With this diversity comes many ways to get involved, including more than 160 student clubs and organizations.
University of Evansville’s academics strive for a distinctive, individualized educational experience. The university consists of four divisions:
- College of Arts and sciences
- College of Education and Health Sciences
- College of Engineering and Computer Science
- Schroeder Family School of Business Administration
In addition to these schools and colleges, UE maintains a campus for students studying abroad at Harlaxton College in the UK.
Need-based financial aid is available through federally funded grants and loans. The university also funds several merit scholarships for incoming freshmen and transfer students. Consideration for these scholarships is based on your admissions application.
Make sure you apply to the university by the Early Action deadline to be considered for all merit scholarships.
