Description
One of the oldest and most distinguished broadcasting schools in the country, Connecticut School of Broadcasting (CSB) offers hands-on educational programs for future media professionals.
Located in Stratford, Connecticut, CSB has campuses throughout the Northeast. The Stratford campus, like all the CSB campuses, is located near a major city (New Haven) to provide maximum career opportunities for graduates.
CSB training provides students the tools and experience they need to work in the industry. Learning through a hands-on approach, students majoring in Radio or Television work with the most up-to-date equipment in actual studios and control rooms.
The faculty is another reason that graduates of CSB succeed. CSB instructors, most or all of whom are working professionals, teach the most current methods and technologies.
CSB’s career services and alumni network also help CSB graduates to land positions at radio and television stations not only in Boston, but also throughout the country.
The admissions process includes a tour of the school and a possible on-air audition. Students may also get information about tuition and financial aid options while taking their tour.
