Description

If you’re considering a career in the beauty industry, shouldn’t you earn your education with one of the largest networks of hair and beauty schools in North America? Pivot Point International Academy has been training hair designers for over 45 years and utilizes a team of international experts to teach one-of-a-kind techniques in an engaging way.

Pivot Point’s primary goal is to instill a high-quality work ethic and offer the knowledge, techniques, and tools needed for each student to be successful in their career, regardless of which beauty career path they choose.

The Bloomingdale, Illinois campus offers programs in Cosmetology, Esthetics and Teacher Training.

To work with students’ busy schedules, the school offers part-time and full-time tracks with daytime, evening and weekend classes. This allows students the opportunity to continue working in their current career while preparing for their future one.

In order for prospective students to meet admissions requirements at Pivot Point, they must be at least 17 years of age, possess a high school diploma or GED, pass a basic English and math entrance exam, and meet with an admissions representative.

The school is approved to offer financial aid in the forms of scholarships and grants, so students should complete the FAFSA application to determine their eligibility.
