Harford Community College (HCC) provides high quality, accessible and affordable educational opportunities and services -- including university transfer, career, developmental and continuing education programs -- that promote professional competence, economic development, and improve the quality of the life in a multicultural community.
The college offers four different associate degrees in 65 programs of study as well as several certificates. The Continuing Education Division offers training for the community, youth camps and senior programs.
