Detailed Ratings

I wish I was more educated on life after college from taking out student laons. I encourage all prospective student to search for scholarships, they are out there and you just have to be willing to do the work. Life is so much better when you can graduate from college, get a great career and enjoy most of your money, rather than being in student loan debt. While it was easy money obtaining the funds as a student refund, the reality of the debt incurred from taking out student loans is a bit stressful. I did not have anyone to help me select a college, I did research on my own. The key to getting around campus is not being shy and getting to know people. WIU offers many programs and extra curricular activities to help first year experience student (FYE), including classes that are only for FYE students. Before I graduated in 2008, my school was #2 in the United States for the best Law Enforcement and Justice Administration degree program and many of the alumni have great jobs in the law enforcement, most of them are my close friends. Although, I did not study Law Enforcement and Justice Administration (LEJA), I highly recommend Western Illinois University for those who want to pursue a career in Law Enforcement.
