Motorcycle Mechanics Institute, Orlando

Motorcycle Mechanics Institute is part of Universal Technical Institute, a sprawling, multi-campus vocational school that also includes the Marine Mechanics Institute and NASCAR Technical Institute. The Orlando campus is one of two UTI locations that include a Motorcycle Mechanics Institute.

MMI is ideal for mechanics that wish to specialize in motorcycle sale and repair. Its academics are based primarily on practical experience, so you’ll have all the skills you need to get to work right after graduation.

The curriculum begins with a 36-week core program that teaches basic maintenance skills. Following this course, you can choose a 12-week elective to specialize in a particular motorcycle brand. You’re also welcome to take multiple electives, although only one is required. MMI has partnerships with the following brands:

*Yamaha
*Kawasaki
*BMW
*Honda

MMI does not offer scholarships, but government financial aid is available to those who qualify. Eligible students can fund their education with Pell grants, Stafford loans, and other forms of federal aid.

The Orlando campus of MMI is located on 9751 Delegates Drive. It offers quick and easy access to vibrant downtown Orlando and local attractions, including Sea World, Universal Studios, and Disney World.
