Description

West Hills Community College District is a two-campus system serving the San Joaquin Valley. The original Coalinga campus was established in 1932, and the Lemoore campus opened in 2002.

West Hills Lemoore’s academics include both educational and vocational programs. The college grants certificates and associate’s degrees in over 30 fields. In addition to traditional subjects, such as humanities and physics, West Hills Lemoore offers unusual fields of study like Casino Management.

If you’re interested in pursuing a bachelor’s degree, WHC Lemoore has a partnership with California State University at Fresno. Through this partnership, you can take classes with flexible scheduling, meeting with CSU Fresno professors via videoconference. This unique program allows you to earn your bachelor’s degree from home at your convenience, cutting down on commuting cost and time.

In addition to state and federal financial aid, West Hills Lemoore funds numerous institutional scholarships. Many of WHC Lemoore’s scholarships are based on academic merit, and some include additional requirements, such as a particular field of study.
