Description

Cosmetology is one of those rare fields where you can work with—and on—amazing people every day. If you reside in the Bloomington, Illinois area, near South McClun Street, you can attend Hairmasters Institute of Cosmetology. In one to two years, you can earn a certificate, learn loads of useful skills, and prepare to take the state licensing exam.

Among the programs available to study are cosmetology, barber, styling, and nail instructor, where students learn to cut, trim, and style hair, deal with facial and body hair, care for nails, and perform other barbering skills. The small class sizes allow students to interact with their instructors and perhaps even get some well-deserved special attention.

If you want to attend the institute but don’t think you have enough money to cover the tuition, you can complete the FAFSA in order to apply for loans, grants, and work-study programs, available to eligible students.
