STC Description
Are you ready to take the next step toward your career goals? If you live in or around the Mcallen, Texas area, South Texas College (STC) can help open doors to your new career.
The college offers more than 100 programs leading to a certificate, associate or bachelor’s degree, so you are bound to find one that meets your educational and career goals.
Interested in getting your bachelor’s degree in applied technology (BAT) at a low-cost? South Texas College is one of the three Texas community colleges to offer the BAT, and the only one to offer two program options.
The college offers a low-cost tuition, but some students need additional help funding their education. That is why STC offers payment plans and access to Federal, state and private financial aid to students who are eligible. Meet with an advisor at the college to determine your financial aid eligibility.
Once you’ve been accepted to the school, get involved in the community by joining a sports team, club, student government or one of the many other campus activities.
