Description

Television and radio are some of the most difficult industries to break into, especially without the proper experience at technical skills. At International College of Broadcasting in Dayton, Ohio, you can learn these skills from instructors with extensive professional backgrounds and up-to-date information on the industry.

The International College of Broadcasting offers two comprehensive associate’s degree programs: Radio/Television and Recording/Video. These two-year programs emphasize hands-on experience as well as an understanding of the history and current trends of mass media. ICB also boasts state-of-the-art facilities for both of its programs.

Students who are looking for a shorter-term commitment can enroll in the Broadcasting I course, which is designed for students who already bachelor’s degrees, but who want to pursue a career in broadcasting. This program consists of three 15-week semesters, and students can take classes in the morning or evening.

In line with its experiential approach, ICB has its own record label and production company, both of which currently focus on the Chicago and L.A. markets. Internship programs in these companies are available for exceptional students.
