Description
At Northeastern Technical College you can pursue an associate’s degree or career certificate both at the Cheraw campus in South Carolina and through online programs. Unique to Northeastern Tech is the additional option of combining two fields of study.
Degrees and certificates intended to prepare students for immediate professional employment are awarded in Business, Criminal Justice, Machine Tool Technology, Practical Nursing and Word Processing among others.
Another option is Northeastern Tech’s innovative combined degree, which blends such subjects as Business and Fire Science and Business with Early Childhood Education.
For those who would rather get their degree from the comfort of their home and on a schedule that’s convenient for them, there’s online career training as well. Real Estate, Phlebotomy, Emergency Medical Technology and Nursing Assistance are some of the areas one can pursue through online study.
Admissions to Northeastern’s programs require a high school diploma or GED and an interview. Placement exams are sometimes administered as well.
Federal and state loans and grants as well as private scholarships and grants are some of the sources of financial aid for which students may apply.
