DCCC Description

The Davidson County Community College in Lexington, North Carolina, is a community college that strives to aid students of Davidson, Davie and other nearby counties in achieving their professional dreams through two-year academics and an exciting college life.

Students can lend their services by helping residents complete tax forms, tutoring students in mathematics and English, or providing health care services to the elderly.

To encourage state residents to prepare for a professional career, the school offers North Carolina citizens reduced tuition. All students may apply for financial aid by filing a FAFSA.

All incoming students are required to complete a placement exam to determine a field of study that is right for them. To begin the enrollment process, students must complete an application and schedule an interview with a DCCC admissions advisor to discuss the results of the entrance exam.
