Are you looking for a successful golf career or just to improve your golf skills? Then the Golf Academy of America in Carlsbad, California, is the place for you.

The 16-month associate’s program is led by more than 45 PGA professionals. It consists of classroom studies and plenty of golf training to prepare students to succeed in both the game and the golf business. The program is a balance of modern teaching methods, game improvement, business management, and human relation skills.

Career opportunities for graduates include, but are not limited to:

  • Golf professionals and teaching professionals
  • Golf tournament organizers
  • Directors of operations and general managers
  • Golf manufacturing representatives and product development specialists
  • Golf professionals in over 100 other golfing jobs around the world

Special student career services are also provided by the school. These include career guidance, counseling and advising, recommendations, and acting as a professional reference.

The Gold Academy also operates with GolFutures, an organization that offers employment opportunities exclusively to the academy’s graduates who are actively seeking golf careers or career advancement in the golf industry.

The Golf Academy of America welcomes international students, although the cost of tuition is higher.

Financial aid is available to eligible students.
