Bloomfield College, founded in 1868, is an independent college historically related to the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) and strategically located in the New Jersey-New York metropolitan region. The College offers academic programs leading to the Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees. The curriculum is designed to provide students with a sound liberal arts grounding as well as with the expertise they will need in their careers. The mission of Bloomfield College is: to prepare students to attain academic, personal and professional excellence in a multicultural and global society.

As a liberal arts college that encompasses pre-professional education, the College strives to instill a passion for learning, set standards for excellence and promote a commitment to serving the community. With students born in more than 50 countries, the College draws on the richness of the northern New Jersey region’s international character. This year, Bloomfield College ranked sixth in campus diversity among Northern Comprehensive Colleges according to U.S. News & World Report.

Students here come from all walks of life – the young and the not-so-young, those just out of high school, and those busy with jobs and family. To help meet the needs of our students, Bloomfield College offers flexible class schedules that include weekend and evening sessions.

Individual attention has always been a cornerstone of the Bloomfield College education. Because our classes are small – the average class has 14 students – students receive one-on-one attention from their professors.

Take a tour of Bloomfield College and you'll discover an environment bristling with keyboards and monitors. These are the pencils and paper of our age, the virtual labs that complement our physical labs. Some of us use technology as a basic tool for research and writing. Others among us dive into the technology itself, like a musician taking up new instruments. At Bloomfield, we marry the traditional liberal arts and sciences with the technology of the information age. Information literacy is reinforced at every level of college life at Bloomfield. Specially trained members of the library staff help students, faculty and administrators take advantage of our continuously evolving tech resources from distance-learning tools to highly specialized online research databases. A culture of constant exploration and improvement is fostered as part of our educational mission.

Bloomfield College is a private liberal arts college located in Bloomfield, New Jersey.

Bloomfield College was founded by the Presbyterian Church in 1868 as German Theological Seminary of Newark, New Jersey, to train German-speaking ministers. It moved to Bloomfield in 1872 and became four-year college in 1923.

It has about 1300 full time and 700 part time students. About 90% of the students are commuters. The college offers only undergraduate studies and is regionally accredited by Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.

Bloomfield College is also home to the The Westminster Arts Center. The center creates and presents diverse arts and cultural programs in collaboration with the College’s faculty, staff, students, community partners and professional arts groups such as 4th Wall Theatre, Inc. and Yates Musical Theatre; exposes students to diverse means of expressions and methods of thought; creates and presents thematic programming in response to curricular goals; raises and enhances the positive visibility of the College through public performances and exhibitions; supports the programs of the Creative Arts and Technology Division; encourages and promotes creativity throughout the College; and delivers affordable, quality arts events to the community while maintaining high artistic integrity and standards.

Question: chances of me getting into bloomfield college with a 2.3 gpa?

i have a gpa 2.3 i go to my regular high school part time and other half i go to a vocational high school for (Health Occupations) i played softball for for 4 years 9-12th grade i am currentley enrolled in a Certified Nursing Assisstant course and i get my Certification in July i am Currently First Aid and CPR Certified i have horrible SAT scores of 1270 What are my chances?
