New Mexico State University at Grants, located in the city of Grants, New Mexico, offers an array of associate’s degrees and vocational certificates to help prepare students for their academic and professional future.

NMSU Grants offers associate’s degrees in a variety of academic concentrations from Business and Criminal Justice to Education and Computer Technology. Students seeking an occupation-specific certificate have choices in Automotive Technology, Drafting Trades, Early Childhood, Electronics and several more. New Mexico State University Grants offers only one bachelor’s degree in Nursing on campus.

Part of the New Mexico State University system, the campus at Grants allows academic-minded students to easily transfer to four-year universities through its associate’s degree or general education track program.

Students of NMSU Grants are offered supportive programs such as academic counseling, career advising, dual credit enrollment for high school seniors, work study opportunities, online classes and much more.

Students participating in the vocational certificate programs are encouraged to take advantage of the many career services offered. Career planning can be coordinated with an advisor to help assess required skills for a prospective job and draft a resume. Job fairs, workshops and internship opportunities are also available through the career service center.
