Description
The Center for Employment Training (CET) in Gilroy, California, offers training for some of today’s most secure professions to those without a high school diploma as well as those who have financial and other challenges.
CET schools are located throughout California, Texas and the Southeast, with each one specializing in different areas of study.
The select programs at the Gilroy campus prepare students for careers as Accounting Clerks, Medical Clerks and Medical Administrative Assistants, to name a few.
Since CET is primarily dedicated to educating and supporting individuals from challenged backgrounds, they provide career, academic and other services for single mothers, those who left high school without graduating, and the unemployed.
Unique to CET is its individualized method of training. While all students attend full-time, they work at their own pace as they move from one level of training to the next.
Admission is open to anyone aged 17 or over. Those who are interested in enrolling will need to attend one of CET’s orientation sessions. Financial aid is available to qualifying students.
