South Georgia State College, located in Douglas, Georgia, is dedicated to providing a pathway to higher education and professional pursuits.
Students can choose between 20 associate's degree majors designed to transfer to four-year institutions, or can participate in one of 11 associate's or certificate programs geared toward vocational preparation. The vocational training programs include programs in Nursing, Business and Information Systems.
Though South Georgia State College is a two-year college, students can take advantage of a summer study-abroad program in Costa Rica.
