Eastern Oklahoma State College is a public, two-year institution, offering pathways to professional and academic success.

Academic and vocational programs offered include such disciplines as Agriculture, Social Science, Nursing, Business, Language, and the sciences. Students seeking to transfer to a four-year university are encouraged to earn an associate’s degree in either General Education or the discipline of their choice.

Students seeking vocational training can earn either a certificate or associate’s degree in their field of study. Vocational programs include Food Safety, Child Development, Nursing, Pharmacy, Veterinary Medicine, and Computer Technology.

Continuing education programs are available to community members who wish to explore cultural, academic, or vocational courses.

Though academic pursuit and professional training is priority number one for students, participation in student life through recreational clubs and organizations is encouraged. Students can also choose to participate in intramural sports, judging teams, music groups, or campus publications.

Student support services allows students to focus on their studies by providing academic workshops, career advising, transfer guidance, distance learning options, counseling services, and job placement assistance.
