Faculty and staff on campus are very helpful and truly care about the students. I have had experiences in many of the departments and they have all been positive. The academic advisors are wonderful. The professors have all been willing to help out when a student is struggling. They have an acamdemic support center that you can go to for extra help and tutoring.
