Clinton Community College in Plattsburgh, New York, is a comprehensive community college. It is also affiliated with the state university of New York, which means that those who want to get a vocational diploma or degree as well as those who would like to transfer to a SUNY or another four-year school can find what they’re looking for.

Financial aid sources include scholarships, which have different eligibility criteria, including one that is awarded exclusively to women. There are also those that are awarded based on a student’s academic performance, financial need or intended major.

Other sources of aid are awarded according to financial need and include federal grants and loans. To apply for federal aid, students must fill out a FAFSA.
