Choffin Career Tech in Youngstwon, Ohio offers career and skills training for adults and high school students.

Full-time medical programs for adults include training for such careers as Pharmacy Technician, Dental Assistant, Medical Assistant, and Surgical Technologist. Full-time technical programs are offered in Welding and Precision Machining.

Choffin also has part-time adult programs, which offer certifications and courses in medical, computer and technical subject areas.

For those who need to take the GED or require basic speaking, reading, writing and math skills, Choffin has GED-prep and basic education courses as well.

Choffin’s programs for high school students include such fields as health, engineering, human services, communication arts and hospitality. Prior to admission, prospective Choffin students may need to undergo a background check.
