Description
Lambuth University was founded as a liberal arts college in the Methodist tradition, and operated in that capacity up until the summer of 2011. At that point, Lambuth University was purchased by the University of Memphis.
The spirit of Lambuth remains as the school has been converted to the Lambuth campus of the University of Memphis, providing a postsecondary education in the Jackson and Madison county areas. At the campus, students can earn a bachelor's degree in Nursing, Elementary Education, Business Administration, and other in-demand fields. Students may also pursue master's degrees in Elementary Education, Secondary Education, and Liberal Studies.
Now that the school is under the umbrella of the University of Memphis, you can expect the kind of academic quality and student resources that the university offers to all of its students.
