A historically black institution, Clinton Junior College is rather unusual for two-year school. The school has a rich history spanning more than 115 years, and unlike many junior colleges, it’s private. Moreover, the school emphasizes the liberal arts rather than professional studies.

Clinton’s academics currently includes the following certificates and associate’s degrees:

Clinton Junior College offers several sources of financial aid. HBCU Minority Student Scholarships, NCAA Scholarships and the United Negro College fund are available for African American students. The school also funds institutional merit scholarships, as well as a variety of endowed minority scholarships.
