Design and implement an educational program that will help all students lead moral, spiritual and productive lives. Since it is our belief that education is a continuing process, the college will admit all qualified applicants who are interested in improving their lives and will provide them with educational experiences, guidance counseling, placement, and other services necessary to encourage and foster success. Clinton is committed to maintaining the values of Liberal Arts learning and developing the skills and information essential for effective vocational performance.
