Volunteer Beauty Academy, Dyersburg

At Volunteer Beauty Academy (VBA) you can get practical work experience as you prepare to become a professional stylist, nail artist or skincare professional.

Located in Dyersburg, Tennessee, VBA also has two campuses in Nashville.

VBA offers programs in Esthetics and in Cosmetology. The Cosmetology program provides instruction in hairstyling and coloring techniques, facials and manicures.

Students get the benefit of small classes which assure maximum interaction with instructors.

Outside of class, students also work at VBA’s public salon, giving shampoos, hair cuts, permanent waves, pedicures, eyebrow tweezes and other services.

Those who need help paying tuition costs may apply for financial aid, which is awarded to eligible students through grants and loans. Tuition payment plans are also available.
