Description

Short-term, real-world training with real-world professionals is the best way to define the educational programs at Medical Training College (MTC) in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting and Massage Therapy are among MTC’s select programs, all of which may be completed in less than eight months by full-time students and in approximately one year by those who attend part-time.

All of MTC’s programs include a professional work assignment or externship, which students may use to bolster skills, gain experience and build professional contacts.

Since classes use simulated situations, and instructors are all working medical and healthcare professionals, students also get valuable, real-world training in the classroom.

Applicants will need a high school diploma or GED and must meet certain minimum age-requirements. An interview with an admissions counselor is also required.

Financial aid counseling to determine financial need and assist students with the application process is available to any applicant who needs help with tuition costs.
