Description
A small, private, Catholic New England school with a rich history, Emmanuel College offers quality academics and experiential learning in an environment of scholasticism and culture.
Located in Boston, Emmanuel College grants degrees in unique fields like Art Therapy, Social Inequality and Social Justice, and Catholic Studies. Traditional degrees are also available in the Fine and Performing Arts, Humanities and Sciences.
Experiential learning is a large part of the Emmanuel College academic experience. Students engage in hands-on learning through internships, research and service activities. Students may also enroll in classes at nearby schools.
Student life activities involve students in creative arts endeavors, cultural, ethnic, political and religious clubs and academic and special interest organizations.
Since the school is in Boston and located not only close to some of the world’s finest colleges and universities but also near a host of museums, theatres, restaurants and other venues, the student life opportunities extend well beyond campus.
Students applying for admission to Emmanuel College will be evaluated according to their grades, test scores, writing sample and an interview, which is optional but recommended.
Financial aid is awarded to qualifying students through scholarships, loans, grants and other sources.
