Description

The School of Medical Massage in Cleveland prepares students for the State Medical Board of Ohio exam to become a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT).

As part of their training, students are required to complete programs in Anatomy and Physiology, Business Law, Ethics, and Massage. They must also participate in student massage clinics that offer services to the general public at discounted rates. This allows them to apply the knowledge they have learned.

A high school diploma or equivalent is necessary for admission to the school, and federal financial aid programs are available to those who qualify.

Classes are held throughout the week, including weekends. Continued education courses are offered as well to licensed practitioners who want to improve their skills or learn new techniques.

After graduation, alumni get the added perk of having access to school job postings, news, and announcements.

If you desire a career in massage therapy, and live in downtown Cleveland or the Greater Cleveland metropolitan area, take some time to research the School of Medical Massage.
