If you are looking for a career in beauty and cosmetology, the Ohio State Beauty Academy is a great place to begin.
Offering specialized training towards a beauty and cosmetology career, Ohio State Beauty Academy offers different programs that include Cosmetology Manager, Cosmetology and Manicuring. The Cosmetology Manager program is an 1800-hour course that focuses on elements of cosmetology that include cutting, styling and hair coloring, while helping students to prepare to take their Ohio State Board Examination for licensing.
The 1500-hour Cosmetology program and 200-hour Manicuring program are also available, while Ohio State Beauty Academy also offers different courses through their virtual university that focuses on online continuing education.
Along with their specialized training, Ohio State Beauty Academy will help students with placement assistance. They’ll track down the name, address and telephone numbers of a particular salon a student is interested in and help them set up an interview.
