Description

Grounded in the Catholic and Franciscan tradition, the Villa Marie College in Buffalo, New York, provides a two-year, career-directed education that addresses students’ intellectual, vocational, and spiritual needs. Founded by the Felician Sisters, the college integrates Christian values into its programs.

The school specializes in the arts and music, offering many unique degrees like:

  • Bachelor’s of Fine Arts in Animation, Fashion Design, Graphic Design, and more
  • Bachelor’s of Arts in Music
  • Bachelor’s of Science in the Music Industry
  • Associate’s degrees in Jazz, Music Business, Photography, and more

All classrooms are technologically advanced studios, allowing students to receive an education in a professional environment. Class sizes are small with an average student to teacher ratio of 12:1, providing students with individualized attention.

Any student who earns a bachelor’s degree from Villa Marie or any other accredited institution may pursue a second bachelor’s degree, with acceptable credits from the first degree applying to the second.

Internships are offered for every curriculum, providing students with many applied learning opportunities.

To provide a more traditional college life, housing is available at the Collegiate Village, a campus community located just two miles from Villa Marie with daily shuttle service to the campus.

Financial aid is available to eligible students, as are a number of merit-based scholarships.
