Description

The EDP College of Puerto Rico in San Juan, Puerto Rico, provides a technical education to train students to perform excellently in data processing and information systems centers, as well as in related business, technical and health fields.

Programs at EDP feature the use of information technology in both managerial and academic settings, designed for students to work alongside engineers, scientists, and researchers and administrators.

Academics at the school include undergraduate degrees in more than 16 programs, including:

  • Business Administration
  • Technological Office Administration
  • Physical Therapy Technology
  • Medical Emergencies Technology
  • Digital Fashion Design

The school also offers master’s degrees in Information Systems, Information Security and Fraud Investigation, Business Administration and more.

Professional certificates can be earned in Electric Commerce, Strategic Management, Information Security, and more.

College life is rooted in student organizations, as the college provides a number of groups and campus events including the Kids @EDP, which serves the children of EDP college students by providing family support services, recreational activities and early childhood education.

EDP has an advanced student program. The program allows recent high school graduates to skip a semester of college by enrolling in the program and completing the semester in only two months, with every Friday off.

Financial aid is available to eligible students through the FAFSA, which may include loans, grants and work-study. Scholarships from the school may also be available.
